How can I convert my organization into a company?
The establishment can be converted into a company electronically, and the establishment can be converted into a one-person company under a limited liability or closed joint stock entity.
How can I establish a closed joint stock company?
This can be done by completing incorporation procedures from corporate services and documenting the contract from a notary or an accredited notary. Publication procedures must also be completed with licensing and incorporation, completion of the transformational constituent assembly, and the attendance of one of the partners or their representative to the Ministry of Commerce with payment of government costs.
How can I amend the company's Memorandum of Association?
The company’s articles of incorporation can be amended electronically by making the amendment, the decisions of the partners, and the formulation of the decision of the partners or the director of the company according to the validity of the articles of incorporation. Through this, the required amendments can be made such as increasing or decreasing the capital, transferring from one entity to another, amending the trade name, entering partners or exiting partners.
How can I reserve a trade name?
Trade names can be reserved through the Business Portal and the desired name can be selected. The application will be studied by auditors at the Ministry of Commerce. If accepted, the applicant will be given 60 days to be registered in the Commercial Register.
